We cannot say enough good things about Alexa! Alexa instantly made us feel comfortable and free to be ourselves; this definitely came through in our photos. She never made us feel rushed and took the time to get to know us - it was like spending time with a friend. We didn't think we would get maternity photos because of Covid and feel very fortunate to have had the chance to work with Alexa before Hamilton went into lockdown (we felt very safe in the large open space and with all of the precautions taken). She is incredibly thoughtful and so kind. We booked our session last minute and when I joked that I had to find something to wear with everything closed, Alexa very kindly offered to lend me a dress and told me to bring any options I had and she would be happy to help me decide. She didn't have to do this but it was so appreciated and the photos in that dress are some of my favourite. It is very evident that Alexa loves what she does and takes it very seriously. We left our session in such a good mood and positive that we would be happy with our photos. We absolutely LOVE our photos. We printed all of them because we couldn't narrow it down. All of the emotions and anticipation we are feeling waiting on our baby girls arrival, we see them in our photos. There isn't one we don't love! We cannot recommend Alexa enough! (we already sung her praises to all of our family and friends who agree our photos are beautiful and "so us"). We cannot wait to work with her again!

Where to begin! I stumbled upon Alexa's instagram through a fellow mom group and became captivated by the way she photographs! Elegant and effortless with neutral and warm vibes. We booked our family holiday shoot (with our 11 month old) expecting photos to be less than subpar because adding a child to the mix is not easy but Alexa killed it. The set she put together had the Christmas vibes but didn't scream Christmas in an obnoxious way - allowing us the ability to display the photos in our home. She was super relaxed and engaging - gave suggestions when we were stuck on what to do next but for the most part the whole session had a seamless flow and captivated our family dynamic. Our photos are more than what I could ask for. She is our new go to photographer for any of our next family milestones and life events!

The most special and professional experience all in one! We have hired Alexa to photograph our wedding this upcoming June and had met last year to meet and discuss all the details. She showed up prepared and helped me with all the little details that I had never thought about! She highly suggested we do an engagement shoot with her prior to the wedding so she could get to know us as a couple. We were so excited but also nervous! We have gotten photos done before together - but I felt even more pressure knowing I was going to be looking at these pictures for forever!! Alexa has a true gift of making you feel confident in front of the camera. She was confident in prompts and placements in certain poses or positions which helped us tremendously! Our most favourite thing about our session was that I felt like our love and compassion shined. The whole thing felt natural and just like “us”. Alexa is so personable and fun to be around and will truly make your envisions come true! We can’t thank Alexa enough for the amazing photos she’s taken and all the memories we will forever be able to look back on. We look forward to having her do our wedding this June!

Just absolutely amazing. Alexa is so professional and quick to respond. She made us feel entirely comfortable during a sunset shoot, leading us through really easy poses that turned out effortless and candid in the photos. She she managed to make out wobbly little baby sit still and smile for photos (a miracle) to create memories that we will cherish forever! The most beautiful glowy photos I've ever seen and very quick at getting them back to us! Just an all around great gal, down to earth and easy to chat with. We will 100% be doing photos with her again and recommending her to all our friends and family!

I have had the absolutely pleasure of working with Alexa for the past couple of years. Not only is she professional with ample talented in photographing and editing, but she is warm, kind, and personal. She was able to take my favourite photos of all time- our one year anniversary with our rescue dog, Boss. He recently passed, and I’ll be having him tattooed on me in 2021. The photo I’ll be using is one that she took- she truly captured how happy of a pup he was. I would highly recommend choosing her to shoot an anniversary, wedding, maternity, and more, she is an inclusive photographer who works with all people from every walk of life.
